By downloading or purchasing Saelin software, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable — please take a moment with them.
Your License
When you purchase a Saelin plugin, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal or commercial music production on computers you own.
Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plugins — Ember and Gloss. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Shine is free and has no purchase or refund terms. Saelin Bundle refunds cover the paid plugins within the bundle on the same 14-day terms.
Updates
Your license includes all future updates to that plugin at no additional cost. If we ever release a major new version that represents a substantially different product, we'll offer existing customers a significant discount — we'll never expect you to re-purchase something you already own.
Support
We provide email support for technical issues. Reach us at support@saelin.audio — there's a real person on the other end. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Your Music
Recordings you make using Saelin plugins are entirely yours. We claim no rights to your music, your recordings, or anything you create with our software.
Disclaimer
Saelin plugins are provided "as is." We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't guarantee the software will work on every hardware or DAW configuration. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our software, including lost recordings, corrupted files, or system issues. Always keep backups of your work.
Intellectual Property
The Saelin name, logo, and software are the intellectual property of Saelin Audio. The software is licensed, not sold — your license gives you the right to use it, not to own or distribute it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll do our best to notify you of material changes by email.
